It’s important that paying your rent is just like paying any other type of bill. Many people do not realise that your rental history will support your credit rating. Therefore it’s important you are aware of the payment options and what is required.
Please note the following accepted options for making rental payments with Ray White Burleigh Waters:

Internet Banking/Direct Payment – via your banking institution. You will be issued with our Bank Account details along with a unique reference code to enable us to identify your payments. If you do not have a code or have misplaced this number, please contact our office to obtain this code as we are unable to process your payment without it.
Under the Residential Tenancies Act you are required to pay your rent by the date noted on the schedule in your lease and it must always be paid in advance. Should you have any difficulties in paying your rent please notify us as soon as possible.
If you have requested maintenance you should not take matters into your own hands and stop paying rent as a way to get work done. If you do this you are breaching the agreement and you could be given a Notice to Leave.
